I made this replica with chocolate brown waxed cotton cord (vegetarian/vegan friendly), metal gold crimps at the ends, and antique brass links. I attached the cord in the slip-tie looped fashion, so it won't come undone or untied.
One size fits all as it is tied at the back of the neck in a bow (or however you perfer), it will fit everyone, and is how Veronica wears hers.
