As of now (Sept. 08) I am not accepting any custom requests. I'm sewing bags in bulk to sell as is, I won't even add a pocket at this point, sorry. I am only back for a limited amount of time
Do you offer combined shipping for purchases of 2 or more items?
Yes. It will be determined in an email response to your inquiry.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes. Wherever you are, I'll ship it there. International shipping is specified in an email response to your inquiry. PLEASE specify your location so I can determine shipping costs.
Do you offer the V.Mars Season 2 bag for sale? Or will you ever?
No. Sorry. It's WAY too much work. I don't have any plans to make it, nor will I ever. I try to keep my bags as cheap as possible so everyone has a chance to buy one, and for the Season 2 bag I'd have to charge a lot for all that work. Your best bet is Ebay, if you're lucky enough to find an auction. I believe it's an American Eagle Outfitters bag.![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif)

Can you add pockets to that bag?
Yes. For a small custom fee (that's discussed in an email via your request for information) I will add pockets. You can specify dimensions, quantity, placement, everything and I will add them. They just have to be logical for sewing, which I can tell you. Price determined by how much work it involves, but usually around $5.
Can those pockets have zipper closures?
No. It's too much work. The pockets I add are open on top, but if you'd like I can add a flap over that opening to keep the contents inside.
I'm on a schedule here, can you make it by [this date]??
No. I won't make promises as to when your bag will be done by, because I'd just be digging my own grave. I am sometimes held up by lack of materials, waiting for shipments, Murphey's Law, or just life in general. I'm just one person! With one sewing machine! At the mercy of circumstance. Sometimes things come up. I appreciate your patience.

Yes. This is no problem at all, I can just switch the strap and zipper around so that the front decorative snaps face outward when it's worn. However, you must tell me upfront! If your bag is already made, I can't change it later.

Real leather chips, not faux leather. The part that's chipping on the original bag is the paint/coating that they apply to the service to color it. Faux leather will never chip.

When I moved I lost access to my fav. fabric store where I could find everything I need. Here in Hawaii there is only one fabric store, and it's full of Hawaiian fabric (that's not a joke). So I have family back on the mainland ship me some yards from my old store. Sometimes it's not in stock, in which case I find another to use. I never know what's going to be available. Pictures of each here (scroll a bit for Matte and Semi-Gloss).
The shiny fabric: hangs nicely (it's a good weight), has the indentations and texture of real leather, and is very glossy.
The matte fabric: holds it's shape better, is flat without the imperfections in the texture of real leather.
The semi-gloss fabric: is the closest thing to looking like real leather, it hangs nicely (it's also a good weight), has the indentations and texture of real leather, and is between the shiny and matte in terms of shine/gloss.

Every. Detail. Is. Exact. As exact as humanely possible, trust me. I get 50 variations of this question all the time. Whether it's the strap length or the size or whatever. I understand it's an investment and you want the exact bag she has, but I assure you, it's exactly like it.
I've had a couple customers who own the original bag and bought one of mine and have very positive things to say about it and it's accuracy. Check out the feedback.
