Purchasing

- SERIOUS CUSTOMERS ONLY! :: ONLY leave a comment or place an order if you are SERIOUS about buying/paying for something. Do not lead me to believe that you will make a purchase if you have no intention of following through.

- Contact me :: before you make any payments. Start by leaving a comment with your: Name, email address, specific title of item(s) desired, County (for international customers, so I can determine shipping costs) and method of payment. You will shortly recieve an email from me with the specifics of the item(s), once you email me back with confirmation, it will be AT THIS POINT I ASSUME YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT MAKING A PURCHASE AND FOLLOWING THROUGH. If you need to inquire about the cost of shipping, or cost of the product itself, do so in a comment. If, for some reason, you do not recieve an email from me, email me instead: sway653@yahoo.com

- Payment methods :: are specified individually. Any item can (and is encouraged to) be payed with PayPal (I charge no extra fee!) or in cash or money orders, which can be purchased anywhere: 7-11, liquor stores, Wal-Mart etc.

- Shipping costs vary :: depending on the item, weight of item, or number of items. They are applied to each product and specified in the price. There is no charge for longer distance shipping, it is the same rate for anywhere in the US.
If multiple items are purchased at the same time, shipping can be negotiated with me individually, as weight will be determined at the post office.
I usually ship via USPS first class, which means it takes around 3 days once I've shipped it to reach you. If you would like faster shipping, this can be arranged; specify this in the comment, and I will adjust the price in the email I send to you with your purchase information.

- International Shipping :: I now ship internationally, and will determine costs individually depending upon the destination. Please include your Country when commenting about ordering internationally, that way when I send you the email with the details of your inquiry, I have a set price ready for you.

- All payments MUST be in U.S. Dollars

- Item's already sold still have an opportunity to be remade. :: depends on if the fabric/materials is still available at the store, if so, the Custom order fee is applied but the buyer must realize there is a waiting period for product to be remade, depending on the item, this shouldn't take long.

- NO Refunds. Any unsatisfied customers will be handled individually. :: I am confident in my products, but little, individual business (like mine) are too often victims to dishonest individuals; therefore, each case is handled separately.
In terms of: "It's not what I thought"-returns, "I ruined it in the washer"-refunds, there is nothing I can do. I've done everything I can to prevent misconceptions: pictures, descriptions etc. but All sales are final. I also include care instructions with each bag as a courtesy, but you are responsible for the results of your cleaning/care methods.

- Once items are shipped and in the mail, it is the responsibility of the buyer :: like any package, or even letter, things get lost in the mail. So far, I have NEVER had a problem with that happening. But, like I said, with a small business like mine, it is strictly the 'honor system' when it comes to business-to-buyer transactions. Shipping insurance can be applied to any item and will be arranged individually with me, similar to ebay's.

- Buyer is encouraged to leave feedback :: positive or negative, I'd like to hear what you think. Leave a comment in the "Buyer feedback" post concerning the transaction, shipping, or the item itself. If you do, extra brownie points for you :) Karma is sweet!
